It's still pretty bare, but there's 'pag'

and it's packaged up already.
Following up on this conversation... we don't have to get into
language stack choices to pull in git. It's a fairly universal tool
at this point and it's hard to imagine a developer not using it at
this point. I think hub would be useful too, iff. updated.
