This is especially annoying when logging into gnome using only the
keyboard, and the cursor (placed on the top left) triggers the
Activities menu.
We don't center the cursor because that would make it interfere with the user list,
which is not great. That being said, it should not be at the top left - we place it toward
the lower right, some 100 pixels away from the edge.
