Anaconda is accessible, but not in Wayland session.
So, after you boot to the live session, set password for current user,
log out and log in with Xsession and Anaconda will be accessible.
This is because Anaconda runs as an Xwayland app, and GNOME Wayland
does not have accessibility support for Xwayland apps.
This has been a problem for several years, unfortunately. :(
