If that statement implies that Fedora's problems != user's problems then
effectively we need to talk about do we really listen to our users
provided we have defined who are our users. Solving of user's problems
are not really completely orthogonal to what can be Fedora's problems.
The only drawback of Susmit's talk is that it can become "Server Hacks
with Fedora". I don't really see anything bad about that primarily.
