Can confirm it boots on an IBM Power 285 (Power5+, model 9111-285) machine.
However, I ran into two problems:
* anaconda shows a borked cursor color; this is a regression, as it
worked on F21.

We get that on occasion with secondary architectures, we don't
currently don't have a mechanism to gate builds based on signing like
mainline does with bodhi. Adding "--nogpg" to yum/dnf will work around
it.
