IE11. The clearing cache did the job… excellent.

Is it only the alert definition templates view? Can you successfully visit the metrics
template view, for example, or drift, etc...
This is not a problem I think we've seen before. Perhaps try running the server with
debug logging to see if you can get any clues. This information is held in the RDB
(Oracle), not the storage nodes, so it would be relevant to query performance of the RDB.
I would have expected some sort of timeout in the logs. Also, you probably have tried
this but a cache refresh in the browser, just in case there is something out of date.
What browser are you using?

Its back up, but now I'm still getting the loading message, and nothing is showing in
my logs indicating an error. I can't setup alerts without being able to access the
ADTs.

That's a storage node error telling you (I think) you do not have enough Storage Nodes
running. Did your storage nodes go down?

Hello,
I have RHQ4.13.1 installed. I’m running 5 RHQ server instances
clustered together (each on its own server) with a backend shared Oracle DB.
When I first completed the installation and configuration, the ‘Alert
Definition Templates’ would load when I clicked on the link in the
Admin panel of the GUI. Now, after a few months, when I click on the
Alert Definition Templates, it simply says ‘loading’ and never loads.
I see this error in the logs:
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException:
com.datastax.driver.core.exceptions.UnavailableException: Not enough

Any idea what I need to do to correct this?
Regards,
Barry
