I noticed that when an OCaml function calls an external (C) function
with greater than 8 parameters, the extra parameters weren't being
placed correctly on the stack for the C function to get them.
I tracked this down (comments 7 & 8 above) and I think I've made the
correct fix, and it appears to work so far. I'm still compiling and
testing things, so I may revise that opinion. It'd be good if dwmw2 or
someone else could check the fix to see if it's reasonable.
