You can get at the serial console via virt-manager, under View -> Serial
Console. It just pops up a text console.

Hmm, what if we do just flip flop and make "--no-gfx" the default, and
"--gfx" the exception?
I'm much more interested in the console use case.
If we leave the existing script in there it should not break anyone, and
we'll only be adding the console arg if not already in the --kopts.
