libvirtd does the correct thing (listens only on its private i/f), it's dhcp server
used by Cobbler which needs to change the config and not listen everywhere

Do you have an example of the config file change you want to see in
Cobbler's default template?
If so, I can look into applying it.
Is listening "everywhere" but not locally expressable?
