This issue does not occur with cobbler 2.2.1. It only happens in 2.2.3.

There are no SELinux alerts displayed.
If you're not going to use the authn_pam.py module, rename it (delete the pyo/pyc
files) and restart cobblerd. Not sure what the issue is there but I'll look into it.
