It would help if you would put the rendered kickstart file in a pastebin
and send its URL to us so we can check its content.
cobbler system getks in Cobbler CLI or "View kickstart" button in
systems list in web UI will generate it.

anaconda crashes or just outputs a warning and automated installation is
stalled? Could you replicate the exact error message here?
