I have got it to run before, but not sure what i'm not doing right this
time. any help will be much appreciated.
Two things I see that might be the issue:
1) Cobbler (as of 2.2.3) redirects traffic to 443, so you need a vhost
on that port as well (you can edit the rewrite rules if you want to
avoid that instead).
2) I've run into issues in the past where mod_python and mod_wsgi are
both enabled, so you might want to remove mod_python if possible.
