They should be there for EL-4, EL-5, F-9 and F-10. Rawhide will move
tonight, and you can grab the F-11 version from koji:

I don't think you have to wait anyway.... Cobbler for EL/Fedora will not
be requiring debmirror, so the code in question can just reference it
and raise an error if it is not installed.
The reason I say this is that yum/rpm doesn't support optional packages
(which is unfortunate), and I don't want to increase dependencies for a
feature that is probably not going to be used by most of the user
EL/Fedora user base (those that have Cobbler installed on those platforms).
(That all being said, it's /quite/ important once we get Cobbler
packaged and happy on Debian and Ubuntu, and that package /should/
require it).
Speaking of which, is anybody working on getting koan happy on those
platforms? I think that's just as useful.
