I think the key is to choose one of these formats:
A. Three-hour meeting that goes across enough timeslots to get everyone
(still looking for a good cross)
B. Two meetings times that alternate (every other week), e.g.
Sunday/Monday (first losses Bob, second losses Paul)

fold, we can revisit. :)
If the meetings are more optional, that is, if we get business done
on-list, then we can be flexible about when until we get the right mix.
