Gack. A real case of YMMV, I guess.
It's a pity that the DocBook DTD won't let you put the xmlns:xi="..."
declaration just anywhere. Requiring that whole <xi:include
href="..." xmlns:xi="..."/> declaration every time is clumsy.
Oh, well, these things happen.
Not only that, but ... doesn't this make it impossible to validate or
build the document when unable to reach that URI?
We might make it a policy of using a copy of the 2001/XInclude within
docs-common/common. I don't see a local copy of it within Fedora.
