Folks, it might not seem all that obvious that folks need to post
requests for more jargon busting to fedora-docs-list(a)redhat.com ?
I've told Mike & Tracy already, so that saves everyone else the trouble
of writing back! But maybe we should make it more friendly?

Subject: Fedora Jargon: What's a kernel 'oops'?
Date: Thu, 04 Mar 2004 22:21:51 +1100
Hi,
Thanks for the link to the jargon buster - great... I couldn't work out
how to post requests, though.
I've read on kernel RC-series release notes (Linux Today, etc) about
patches to the kernel called 'oops'... Can you tell me if this is an
acronym, or is it just a 'silly bug'.
PS: This is a serious Q.
Thanks,
Mike
