As there are some bugs in 1.0.3 that needed addressing (1.0 was
/slightly/ a fun major release, which is probably fate for calling it
1.0), I'm planning on doing a quick 1.0.3 release next week (cobbler only).
This so far includes:
- Tue Jul 03 2008 - 1.0.3 (tentative)
- Fix typo in replicate code
- remove rhpl reference
- scrub references to manage_*_mode and rewrite the restart-services trigger
- add new settings to control whether the restart-trigger restarts things
- yum reposync should also pull i686 kernels, not just i386
- make cobblerd close file handles
- fix kickstart serving when the tree is on NFS
- fix missing reposync createdir (also now in stable branch)
- add back missing remove_profile/remove_repo
- remove profile_change support
(The big one is adding the remote methods to allow the WUI to remove
repos and systems again.)
FYI -- The devel branch at this point is mostly concerned with
image-based support and is expected to /mostly/ work, though if you are
using any of the "image" commands, then those are not expected to be
complete.
