Cobbler check provides suggestions, and they're not always applicable to
every distribution it runs on. You can disregard this for RHEL4.
The error message is not as clear as it should be.
It means for you to remove the "-l" from the settings file, so that when
you use reposync it won't complain about the missing option.
Rather than telling you to upgrade reposync, it should be telling you to
remove the flag from the settings file.
This is also related to

In general, every one of the check messages should indicate to the user
when it's not applicable, not show messages that are not applicable, and
when a change is required, also mention what change to make. It's pretty
close right now, but that's one example of something where we can
improve the help text and make that easier to understand.
