Hi,
My blog post about "Contextualization for Software Localization" Concept: Review and modify the source code of software applications in order to add comments or references or context for the translatable messages in order to make them more meaningful so that it could be easily understood by translators that will help us get the best localization in the industry!
and more here... http://www.ankit644.com/?p=296
Thought this would be helpful in further initiatives!

Thanks Ankit for sharing the blog! Thanks Sankarshan for sharing your view by posting your blog post link here. From both blogs, I learnt lots.
I remember one famous quote of Derrida - "There is nothing outside the text " means "There is no such a thing as out-of-the-text" means "There is nothing outside context". And further "context" is the entire "real-history-of-the-world!" And this analogy can be implemented in the software field :-)
I want to reiterate here as well that FUEL gives context much importance and so from the beginning it has given stress on full entries with full context instead of single word glossary.
Ankit, We have 578 strings in Desktop module and we add moble and web it will be c.1500 so we can provide 1500 context as least to the users. Let us think more on it and we will sure can come at better solutions.
