Proposal for Open Dictionary project

Hi All, Its been long time that we initiated the discussion about coming up with the Open Dictionary project under the feathers of FUEL. Since, this idea is aligned towards the goals of FUEL, I feel it can be taken up by the community. Currently we do not find such dictionaries in open source domain- one that can be created, consumed, modified and owned by the people. What is your opinion on this ? Equal rights to Technologies...

Hi While reading Language rules for Auto/Taxi license (not limited to India, but other countries too have), why are rules are missing for IT/Technologies in their native languages? This creates gaps to adopt Technologies due to missing languages and failed to provide Equal opportunities to people (Right to equality?). Are we able to do something about it? -- A S Alam
