Terminology results in JSON format now available

Hi, We have FUEL terminologies available in HTML format to be viewable from our web page http://www.fuelproject.org/terminology However, in order to make it reachable to the wider audience, consumed by third party websites or projects, we decided to provide this terminology data in JSON format which is most widely used nowadays. FUEL - Kannada

Hi, As planned, FUEL-Kannada evaluation meet was conducted on January 28th and 29th 2012 at Centre for Internet and Society (CIS), Bangalore with help of Red Hat and Sanchaya (sanchaya.net) There were about 14 people on day one and 8 on day two. Attendees were from various backgrounds like Wiktionary contributors, wikipedia contributors, journalists, linguistics, content writers, common users etc. We even had a Kannada television and movie actress, poet (Jayalaxmi Pati <http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3600221/>l) with us! All the attendees involved actively in the discussion and helped terminology standardization process. Soon I will release the evaluated list of FUEL-Kannada glossary and upload it in the FUEL website. I thank all the participants, CIS, Red Hat and Sanchaya for success of this event. Shankar

FUEL evaluation meet [as]

Hi, The FUEL evaluation meet for Assamese language was successfully conducted and completed on 19th and 20th January, 2012 at Department of Assamese, Biswanath College, Biswanath Chariali, Sonitpur, Assam. Total of fifteen people including me attended the meet out of which 8 were professors, 4 Fedora users, two students and myself the translator. The discussion was really a productive one and the consensus that has been reached after this meet will surely be fruitful. I have attached the evaluated list in FUEL Assamese wiki page. Till now, FUEL had already organised 8 languages workshops for evaluating terminology. Released the beta of 'Computer Translation Style and Convention Guide for Hindi.' A lot more to do. Initiated by Red Hat, the project got supports and contributions from several languages communities and various organizations like CDAC GIST, Indlinux, Sarai, CDAC Chennai, Acharya Nagarjuna University, A. N. Sinha Institute of Socail Studies, Maithili Academy, Gujarati Lexicon, Infineon Infotech, NRCFOSS, SICSR, Gnunify, Sahit Academy, PLUG, SMC, to name a few.
