the idea sounds great, maybe it could be mini hackfests where people can
get fast feedback on PRs and issues to get them resolved with a shorter
roundtrip time.
I'm +1 to both the "office hours" and the mini-hacks. I think the
mini-hacks, in particular, would be a great way to help infra resolve a
bunch of easyfixes - if we cuold get a block of time and advertise it.
