ML spam
by Vít Ondruch
Hi,
As a moderator of ML I am wondering, why I should every day moderate the
spam posts (although they never reach the ML). Is there some filter
before the email enters a moderator queue? Could the sensitivity of
filter be increased or something like that?

500 internal error of bodhi?
by Christopher Meng
Hi,
Today when I submitted updates I met:
500 Internal error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from
fulfilling the request.
I've tried about 50 times but failed still.
Can someone check it?
Thanks.
Yours sincerely,
Christopher Meng

Scheduling an IRC meeting on our private cloud setup
by Ralph Bean
Our cloud went down today and we realized that only very few of us
actually know how it works and how to repair it.
To address this, Kevin has agreed to teach us what he knows about it.
We're looking to set up a #fedora-classroom meeting, have zodbot log
it, and afterwards turn the log into an infra-docs document.
If you're interested in attending and asking questions, please fill
out the following survey so we can find the best time:
http://whenisgood.net/cloud-halp
Please note that you need to set your timezone for that questionnaire
to work.

GitLab unofficial meeting
by Achilleas Pipinellis
Hey guys,
This Thursday March 20 (tomorrow that is :) ), after the Infrastructure
meeting (18:00-19:00 UTC) we are gonna hijack on #fedora-admin and hold
an unofficial meeting on GitLab, since many folks have expressed
interest on its current status in Fedora/EPEL.
Sytse Sijbrandij, co-founder of GitLab, will be there as well to discuss
the potential of deploying GitLab in Fedora or Red Hat infrastructure.
It would be cool if guys from Fedora infra team or anyone inside Red Hat
could attend (cc'ing some of you that reached me).
Sorry for the late notice, I've been somewhat busy lately, if someone
cannot make it we can always arrange to meet next week as well.
So see you tomorrow on #fedora-admin at 19:00 UTC.

RFC: Removing duplicate playbook
by Stephen John Smoogen
So I was looking through the playbooks and host_update.yml and
rkhunter_update.yml are pretty much identical on the surface. They both
update the target host and then run rkhunter. I like the name/style of
host_update.yml a bit better so was thinking of removing
rkhunter_update.yml next week when Kevin gets back.
Am I missing something obvious in between the two?

mailing list suggestion: all lists accept posts from subscribers to any list
by Matthew Miller
One of the frustrations of having multiple different lists is that we can't
really easily cross-post, because if people reply but aren't subscribed to
all lists, they get bounces, and the conversation ends up fragmented. Or the
alternative, multi-posting (same post individually to multiple lists), but
then you're _starting_ with fragmentation.
The radical solution to this would be to use topics, but those require users
to change their habits (putting topics in the subject or a keywords
header).
So instead, could we (now, or in the mm3 future) make it so any address
subscribed to any public fedora list is automatically added to an accept
filter for all other lists?
I don't know enough of the mailman internals to know how this might be
implemented, butit seems like it must be doable. And there might be some
details to be worked out around removing people, and possible moderation.
But what do you think of the general idea?
