Yeah, it will need to be someone in the sysadmin-tools group, but it
should be quite doable.
We have info from when we migrated lists from
redhat.com to
fedoraproject.org:

Cool, looks like it should be possible. Hopefully this doesn't cause
too much pain migrating. I filed a ticket [1] to track the list
creation and migration.
