publictest machines
by Kevin Fenzi
I went in and pinged people and updated publictest wiki pages.
publictest01
publictest03
publictest06
now appear to have no active items on them, so I will re-install them
soon. Please speak now if you are using them for something and wish
them to stay around.

Add myself to pager app

Add myself to the pager page...
Not sure if this is covered by the freeze or not, but in case it is:

Infrastructure repo
by Kevin Fenzi
Greetings.
As many of you know, we have our own infrastructure repository.
This is used for corner case packages that we need, but cannot be in
the main EPEL or RHEL repos we use.
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure_Yum_Repo_SOP
Some reasons might be:
* Theme or branding files that can only be used by us.
* Upgrades to base RHEL packages that are needed for producing fedora.
* Updates that we need sooner than the EPEL 2 week cycle of testing.
* (might be others here?)
I've added a section to the above SOP:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure_Yum_Repo_SOP#Add_informatio...
If we could start noting why we are adding something and who's
responsible for it, that would be great. :) Also, if someone would like
to look at whats being used from that repo currently we could fill in
the info on any of them that are currently active that would be great.
In looking at whats in there now, there's a ton of old packages, many
of which I suspect we are no longer using anywhere at all. Do we want
to clean this out and move old packages to an archive repo or delete
them? I guess they are only taking up disk space really...
Thoughts/comments welcome.

proxy02 testing
by Stephen John Smoogen
We are having problems with proxy02 running in RHEL-6. As part of the
bug testing, we have been asked to perform some tests to try and
localize the problem:
1) Turn off proxy-el5
2) Turn on proxy-el6
3) Turn off ipv6 on system and reboot
4) See if oops occur in 10 minutes (they show up usually in 30
seconds after reboot.
5) Turn on ipv6 and see if oops return
6) Turn off proxy-el6
7) Turn on proxy-el5
As this will affect ipv6 operations, I would ask for approval during the freeze.

chasing down files not in puppet that should be
by Seth Vidal
Ping me if you're interested in chasing down changes on our systems
which are not in puppet but should be.
I spent some time on friday generating a list of any file rpm knows
about which has been modified from the pkg but the modification is not
known about in puppet.
Chasing them down would be great.
