Hi, my name is Jayvardhan Singh. I'm such a huge fan of Fedora and red hat in
general! I genuinely respect everything about the organization and because it's been
so helpful and pleasurable to me in my journey of understanding Linux, I would love to be
a small part of it and contribute in any way I can. If you could guide me in the right
direction and help me begin my journey of contributing to the Fedora project, that would
be greatly appreciated.
Welcome to the Fedora Project.
Is there a specific area/project you have in mind you want to start
with? If not, the starting point is usually the Fedora Join which can
guide you as per your interest and skills. Please join
#fedora-join@Freenode or @fedora-join on telegram and you will find a
good number of people to help you. :)
This list is to discuss Fedora summer coding programs (GCI, GSoC and outreachy).
If you want to be a part of summer coding programs as a mentor (say
for GCI/GSoC), we expect mentors to have significant experience with
the Fedora project.
We already have the number of mentors we wanted for GCI, and for GSoC,
it's too early.
Please let me know if you need any other help :)
Hopeing to see you around as a contributor.
Kind regards
