Dear Students,
Coding starts for the Summer Code program officially today evening marking
the end of the community bonding period. As you already know there are few
things you need to continue doing through out the program apart from coding.
x Blog what you are doing in each week (and add the blog to the fedora
planet first)
x Be in contact with the Fedora-infra team
x Try to be on the fedora related IRC channels (specially
#fedora-summer-coding)
x Keep in touch with the mentors and the community
While your mentor will always guide you on what you should do, please feel
free to ask your mentor about anything you need help with, he will for sure
support you or guide you to the right place, what he does not do is coding
for you !
To add your blog to the fedora planet please follow the instructions on the
wiki[0]
However before that you need to get added to Fedora Summer Coding group on
FAS. For that please apply to the group [1]
Happy Summer Coding !!!
