server. So I repointed my system to use 8.8.8.8 and voila, I could
quickly access pagure.io.
Now off to research how to modify my local dns server to do this for

There's a partial network outage ongoing.
Some folks it's fine, others get routed over the down network connection
and get a timeout. ;(
Hopefully they will have it fixed soon.
