I would like to propose that we add python to the Exception list so that it
can't ever disappear again. We list perl explicitly, even though its pulled
in via rpm-build (and a couple other things), so why not python?
What expects python to be there that doesn't have a Requires: (build tool)
or BuildRequires (source package)?
