How can they practically be taken from Fedora for use in a EPEL7 copr?
You can take RPMs from Fedora, copy them to some directory, run
createrepo_c on it, upload the resulting YUM repo somewhere (like
fedorapeople.org) and add repo link to extra repos in Copr.
I would think we would need versions of these packages built in
EPEL7.
That shouldn't be needed.
