The issue is not postfix. the issue is mailman setting the replyto wrong.
Even when i explicitly set the reply to correctly on the secondary arch list
it is still wrong.
The attached excerpts from the mail log on collab1 and the packet
capture of mailman sending out a test message to the rel-eng lists
show that mailman is sending out messages with the proper
"(a)lists.fedoraproject.org" headers.

im pretty sure it only works because
lists.fedorahosted.org and
fedorahosted.org are on the same box.
That was my conclusion as well.
