Freeze break request: update ppc64/ppc64le/s390x builders

Greetings. I ran out of time on reinstalling builders with f26 and didn't get to the ppc64/ppc64le/s390x ones. We are doing some testing of rich deps in rawhide that needs the latest f25 update for libsolv on builders. So, what I would like to do is: Update ppc64/ppc64le/s390x builders (make sure they are downgraded to mock 1.3.x) These are stable f25 updates, so should be safe. I can rollback to old versions if there is some issue. +1s? kevin

bodhi-2.11.0-0.0.beta deployed to staging

Hello! I've deployed a Bodhi-2.11.0-0.0.beta build to staging just now. It's a fairly small release, but the main change is the batching of updates as discussed on the devel list (work done by Caleigh!). https://bodhi.stg.fedoraproject.org/docs/release_notes.html Since we are in a freeze it will be a while before this can be deployed to production, but I figured it'd be good to go ahead and get it in staging.

I'm happy to announce that We have approved Adam into the sysadmin-main group. This is the core group of trusted folks that high level access to most things. Adam has done great work rolling out and maintaining and working on the next generation of the Open Shift Build System and other work with releng. This should allow him to more easily roll out and provision new versions of OSBS. Congrats and use your powers for good! :) kevin
