Hello,
I am Anirban, perusing my bachelors degree in computer science from University of
Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun . Currently I am in VIth semester.
Regarding technical skills I am well versed with python, java, git, c++ and data
structures. I've been with Linux (Fedora to be specific) for 2 years and now moved on
to rhel 7.3 and acquainted well with bash and system administration.
I am looking forward to make a proxy support client for the entire system as a project. I
face a lot of issues switching to proxy every time I use proxy based network.
Please, let me know what shall I need to look for and fro where should I began. Any kind
of help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Anirban,
Welcome to the mailing list. Couple of first questions for you.
1) have you created / setup a fas account ? if so please provide the
fasid associated with it.
1a) do you already have wiki access ( aka CLA+1), if not do you know how
to effect this ? via a summer-coding/gsoc add or other SIG add?
2) Do you have any portfolio / papers documenting current or previous
work that showcases your declared skill levels and proficiency of the
same skills?
3) You mention making / working on a proxy project wide, however I see
no presently advertised or pitched idea page to this effort, do you have
plans to create such a proposal or idea page in the near future?
p.s. sent via webmail, pardon the lack of gpg sig.
