The question is, if I start the installation with Everything, for

No.
The default partitioning, i.e. what 'autopart' is defined as, is baked
into the media. It's found here:
https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/tree/master/data/product.d
I think this file is used by everything in Fedora as a base, and then
there are additional configurations in this location that act as
override/supplements?
https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/blob/master/data/product.d/fedora...
For example:
https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/blob/master/data/product.d/fedora...
Everything gets swept up in this too, so it has Btrfs as its default
(or automatic) partitioning scheme. Whereas Server dvd and Server
netinstall use XFS on LVM.
Or, where are the differences in handling DNS (systems-resolve in
33), in Anaconda F32 / F33 or in loaded packages and associated scripts?
What goes into the installation is in comps:
https://pagure.io/fedora-comps
What goes into the composed image (the install media) is derived from
comps and kickstarts:
https://pagure.io/fedora-kickstarts
And what services are enabled by default are in fedora-release:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/fedora-release
Background: Providers of rental hardware or a data center offer e.g.
the installation of Fedora by starting a VNC installation from Everything 33. On the
Summery screen, you can then select another edition or even a completely different
version, such as 34. Question is, do you get really the same?
The everything netinstaller is something of a catch all image that no
edition or spin or SIG claims responsibility for. And you kinda have
to dig around to even find it, it has that little visibility compared
to all the other images.

But even on that page, it's near the bottom, where the Server
netinstaller is first.
