Can you try this again with 1.14? It has a newer kernel which may help,
I guess.
I tested installation with rc 1.14 again. All the error messages are present, too. But
most of them just at the first initial boot before any installation. After installation
the messages are hidden by the graphical start screen. But even if you close it, most
error messages, especially those related to ACPI, no longer appear. They may result from
an initial probing of the hardware and are poorly worded. Something like: INFO: Device
xyz not built in, skipping … This would be far more reassuring for new users and stressed
system administrators.
However, we have a new, more serious problem. Anaconda presents 3 function keys on the
initial screen for accessing a shell (F2), logfiles (F3) and storage log (F4). However,
none of these function keys currently work.
It would be helpful is someone else could check this.
If it is not only specific of my hardware, it would be really really bad. For example, it
would severely hinder all installations with a custom storage configuration. You would
have no access to the shell, e.g. to check whether the system is configured as UEFI or
BIOS boot.
