Hello,
I'm trungnq from FPT Telecom http://www.fpt.vn/
We provided repos for many linux distro such as ubuntu, centos, archlinux, debian, etc..
We have a mirror of fedora repo at http://mirror-fpt-telecom.fpt.net/fedora/ . Now it's about 1.6T
I want to register it as a public mirror in fedoraproject site. This is information that you request:
Country : VietNam (VN) Host Site : http://mirror-fpt-telecom.fpt.net/fedora/ Protocal : http Content : Fedora Epel Bandwidth : 100 mbits/sec

Create an account in the MirrorManager[1]; register your mirror in the mirror manager; enter your local netblocks in the mirror manager (if desired); run report_mirror and as soon as you are listed in the database as up to date yum (and other clients) will be redirected to your mirror.
All this information can be found in more details in the wiki at:

Thanks for supporting Fedora!
If there are any more question do not hesitate to ask.
