New mirror Ostrava, CZ

Hello, we are research institute with Technical University of Ostrava and we would like to offer our mirror of EPEL an Fedora repositories. We run periodic sync with Tier1 mirror. We have created entry for Site and mirror in Mirrormanager. Unfortunately we were unable to ADD rsync/http/https Category URL for EPEL, yet it works only for Fedora. Really not sure what it is that mirrormanager does not like.
