Greetings. I'm the Mirror Wrangler for the Fedora Project, and author of the tool we use to know which mirrors are up-to-date: MirrorManager.
Each of you has registered the same mirror, ftp.sjtu.edu.cn, in the MirrorManager database.
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/site/848 registered by Homer, and
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/site/1028 registered by Colin.
MirrorManager doesn't deal well with the same mirror being listed under two different Sites.
Colin's entries are being used by your report_mirror script, and includes your organization's netblocks, however it did not have any URLs listed for it, so no traffic was coming your way. I have added URLs to this entry now.
I would recommend deleting Site 848 (registered by Homer), and keeping only Site 1028 (registered by Colin). I have added Homer as an admin to Site 1028, so you both can update it as necessary.
I would also recommend changing the name of Site 1028 to be "Shanghai Jiao Tong University", and make the corresponding change in your own report_mirror.conf file.
I will leave both of these tasks to you. Please advise when you have done so.
Thanks, Matt Fedora Mirror Wrangler
Dear Matt,
Greetings. This is Homer. I have deleted Site 848. I hope Colin can do site name (and report_mirror.conf file) changing. Hope MirrorManager will work well !
Best regards, Homer

The hostname ftp6.sjtu.edu.cn does not resolve for me. Assuming you have a hostname that resolve you also have to add some categories with URLs under "Categories Carried".

Dell Customer Communication As MirrorManager and yum can't distinguish IPv6-only DNS names, and the crawler can't make outbound IPv6 connections, it is best to let DNS do its work, and not list an IPv6-only DNS name. If you wish to put AAAA records and A records for the same name into DNS, that's fine, and each yum client will use (or not) IPv6 as it is able. Thanks, Matt
