I just had a look at your Fedora mirror entry in Fedora's mirrormanager and saw that your mirror does not have a rsync URL listed.

Looking at your mirror I only see a 'gentoo-portage' rsync module listed. Could you also add 'fedora' rsync module. That would help Fedora's crawler to validate the content of your mirror as it is much faster.
