I am using yum with the default Fedora repo config. FYI, I investigated because yum often reports the following:

$ head /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates-testing.repo [updates-testing] name=Fedora $releasever - $basearch - Test Updates failovermethod=priority #baseurl=http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/$releasev... mirrorlist=https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=updates-testing-f$releasever... enabled=0 gpgcheck=1 gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-$basearch
Thanks for letting us know. It has been some time since it has been checked:
""" Last Checked In: 2010-08-12 16:41:34 Last Crawled: 2010-07-31 19:09:45 """
So I am not sure why it is still listed in our database as up to date. Here I need help from Matt.
I disabled it manually in the database for now.

uh oh. The crawler has been broken since August 1, and no one noticed. Somehow, some bad indentation got into it, causing it to fail to start. Thanks for the report. I've fixed the crawler code, am running the crawler against the pnl.gov mirror right now to get it straight, and have re-enabled it in the MM database. Content that's out-of-date will not get listed hereafter.
Thanks so much for the report! -Matt
Thanks, Matt. BTW, I left a message on the pnl.gov contacts page.

Hi Matt,
pylint would have caught that:
[stephent@walnut mirrormanager]$ pylint crawler_perhost No config file found, using default configuration ************* Module crawler_perhost E:495: unexpected indent
https://fedorahosted.org/mirrormanager/browser/server/crawler_perhost?rev=7c...

Yeah, I need to work that into the git commit hooks so I can't screw it up as easily.
IMO now, python is just as programmer-hostile as C ... null-terminated strings ... strcpy to who knows where ... imprecisely specified libraries ...
Anyway, please don't blame yourself ...
