I would like to suggest we use a tool of some sort (private etherpad,
google docs, etc.) to track weekly issues. This would make it easy for
everyone to track what is happening for the week and would provide an
easier method to speak about these issues during support sig meetings.
The document could contain:
- Common issues Fedora users face when using the OS
Things it would not contain:
- OP-related duties (banning, kicking, silencing or anything that should
be spoken about within the operator channel)
This would also open the opportunity for use of such a document within the
#fedora channel to show other users the weekly issues that are being
faced. Major issues could then be added permanently to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F20_bugs.
Such a thing would not be mandatory to keep updated, as the project itself
is voluntary.
