The issue is in the building of a noarch 'golang-src' that the compiler checks
timestamps of the source files against the compiled stdlib libraries. Since the
x86_64, i686 and arm builders all produce the same 'golang-src', then the last
builder to finish wins. In this case it is always the ARM builder, so the
freshness of x86_64 and i686 libraries appears out-of-date.
