Please check if your /etc/sysconfig/docker has '-H fd://'
included as part of > OPTIONS. If yes, please remove it and restart docker. If it still
fails,
please post here what 'systemctl status docker.service' spits out.
[root@vm117 yum]# cat /etc/sysconfig/docker
OPTIONS=--selinux-enabled
DOCKER_CERT_PATH=/etc/docker
# Location used for temporary files, such as those created by
