Nothing in EPEL would by default, but you could explicitly chose to. This
would be like enabling a Copr or other repo which happens to override, but
more integrated.

admit, I
haven't fully got my head wrapped around all the effects of modularity.
I'm not sure if RHEL has any such modules, but it is functionally possible.
