These two are used as BRs (at least) of python-wxpython4. Of course, they
are used for tests, so we could probably stop running the tests if you
really need them to be retired.
I am not needing them retired. I am wanting to make sure they are wanted by
the maintainer to be in EPEL8. If they are then it can stay.
