Right. EPEL builds against RHEL. RHEL has no i686 trees, only some few
.i686 packages in the x86_64 repo for multiarch support. I am pretty
sure this is not enough to build wine i686 for epel.
This might be something more fit for the other proposal recently (an
EPIC repo).
