There seemed to be a general consensus that Mon 1600UTC wasn't
that
brilliant a time and 1800UTC seemed to work better, except for smooge
who now has a regular board meeting then.
Also, Fedora-fr has #fedora-meeting from 18:30-19:30UTC.
