In other words, I want to create a Fedora re-spin VM, it´d be great if there
was a single package name I could remove (ie something like "rpm -e
fedora-branding") and end up with a system that I can start customizing
while knowing there´s not a single piece of conflicting trademarks or names
left behind.

You may want to look at the generic-logos and generic-release packages
(instead of the fedora-logos and fedora-release packages). They're
intended to make it easy to make a Fedora Remix. More information on
