Is there any way to know if the the driver supports this function?
I forgot which kind of touchpad you say your laptop has,... but
my eeepc 901 has an elantech touchpad which works with the synaptics
driver, and it supports two-finger scrolling in F13 just fine.
as far as I can remember, I just chose the option in the gnome
menus and voila. Sorry, I can't offer any helpful advice.
