What do you mean "manage /etc/services" ?
The file /etc/services is a simple text file with a list of the latest IANA port
assignments. There is nothing to manipulate.

I made a mistake,
I need firewall-config which is still here.
However, a gui to manage the services is a lot better than doing
every things manually. At least to see the running services.
I could not find one for gnome.
